BEAMPA (Bio-economic Analysis of Marine Protected Areas) The bio-economic model allows testing the result of management measures on extractive (commercial or recreational fishing) and non-extractive (eco-tourism) activities in Marine Protected Areas.

VIT4WIN This is a faithful port of the original VIT for DOS programme, developed by Jordi Lleonart and Jordi Salat (ICM-CSIC), first in a Spanish version (1992) and then as an English version published and distributed by the FAO (1997). The VIT program is a VPA model based on pseudo-cohorts and has been widely applied in Mediterranean stock assessments since the end of the 1980's. Please check the SubCommittee of Stock Assessment (SCSA) of the General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean (GFCM) for regular assessments of some Mediterranean fish stocks.
