I am currently pursuing my PhD at the Institut de Ciències del Mar (ICM-CSIC) under the supervision of Josep M. Gasol and Marta Sebastián. I completed my degree in Genetics at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and earned a Master's degree in Genetics and Genomics of Development and Stem Cells at the University of Barcelona. During my master’s thesis, I studied the microbial ecology of the coral holobiont under heat stress using single-cell RNA sequencing.
